Eli Yovits OTR/L, CHT on Instagram: "💥 Wrist/Forearm proprioception/stability exercises💥  Here are 2 simple exercises to promote wrist and forearm proprioception, stability, and strength.  1️⃣ Toss tennis ball in the air with the forearm pronated, and then quickly catch it with the forearm still pronated.  2️⃣ Hold tennis ball out with arm fully extended and forearm pronated.
