Fresh Ricotta 2 1/4 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded 1 cup Grana Padano Cheese, shredded (or pecorino or Parmigiano-Reggiano) 1 Egg Handful Parsley, chopped I cook the pasta for 3 minutes less than the package instructions lists. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.
