Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. In a skillet over medium heat, scramble the ground beef until cooked through. Drain excess grease if needed. 3. Stir in the taco seasoning, water, beans and 1/2 cup of cheese. Once combined and melted, remove from heat. 4. Spread some of the beef mixture onto a tortilla and then cut it in half using a pizza cutter. 5. Start at one corner and roll it up into a cone shape. Repeat with the other half. 6. Repeat with remaining tortillas and beef mixture for a total of 12. 7. Put a small bowl or custard cup into the center of a parchment lined baking sheet and then place the quesadillas in a circle around it. 8. Remove the dish and spritz the quesadillas with cooking spray. 9. Add the remaining cheese on top and then bake for about 15 minutes or until til golden brown. 10. This is going to take about 25 minutes or until our crust is nice and golden. Our Upside Down Meat Lovers Pizza is done. Look at that. The crust is so golden and crispy. Okay. One, two, Okay.
