Cotton rounds ( the ones that we use to remove makeup) 2. Food coloring 3. Whole milk 4. Dish soap HOW TO DO IT - 1. Trace a star on cotton round and then cut it 2. Grab a plate and pour some milk on this plate 3. Add some food coloring to this milk (5-6 drops ) 4. Take the star you made above and dip it in dish soap 5.
