Ingredients:
1 loaf St. Pierre Brioche Bread 18 slices of bacon
Your favorite bbq rub
Lettuce
Tomato
Mayo
1 stick softened unsalted butter Handful of chives
1 head garlic
Olive oil
Salt

Directions;
Start off by making the compound butter. Cut the head off of the bulb of garlic. Salt generously and drizzle with olive oil. Wrap in tinfoil and bake at 425F degrees. Add the butter, roasted garlic, chives, and salt to a bowl and mix until well incorporated. Set in the fridge to combine.
