I took a 16 oz. box of frozen broccoli and de-thawed. I mixed that with a bag of shredded cheese, some chopped bacon bits( I used the pre-cooked bacon, microwaved and chopped. I used half the box), 3 tablespoons of minced onion(sweet), and 2 1/2 tablespoons of flour.
