🙌 break the hoop with your wrist

👐 it’s a pattern - break paddle break paddle repeat
.
🤞twisting with the hoop helps
.
💪 elbow breaks & paddles you go above the hoop to break
.
🤲 hand breaks & paddles you go below the hoop to break
.
🫶 keep your shoulders relaxed and your chest open
.
👌 size matters! Try a bigger hoop for drilling then work your way down to a smaller hoop/preferred size. The smaller the hoop the quicker the movement.
