It is one of the common dishes that we order in hotels. This is simple to make at home and the taste makes you go mad over food. Do share and ask them to do this for you! 1. There will be quite a few comments probably on how this in not an authentic Mysore masala chutney but I value human emotions and its roots more than sacredness of authentic recipe. I am sharing my recipe of Kempu(red) chutney I ate growing up. My Amma would make this mainly as a side dish for Jowar rotti and probably felt the need to use the leftovers for Dosè. Nonetheless, this is the one my family prefers as many a times they skip the coconut chutney and eat it as a Dosè roll . I promise to post few more variations of the chutney soon and you can be the judge as what you prefer. Mad Over Food on Instagram: "Mysore masala dosa for all the spice lovers 😍🫶.  Save the reel to try it later.  1. In a bowl take 6 Byadgi chilli, 2 Guntur chilli and lemon sized tamarind. Pour hot water and let it rest for 20 mins.  2. Sauté 1 onion , 5-6 garlic cloves and transfer everything into a mixer jar. Add 1 tbsp roasted chana dal, 2 tbsp coconut chunks, salt and the water in which chillies were soaked. Blend smoothly into a thick paste.  3. Spread dosa batter on a cast iron tawa which is slightly hot. Put some oil and then spread a good amount of the red chutney on it. Once dosa is nicely browned add the aloo Palya, chopped onions and coriander.  Fold and serve immediately with any chutney of choice 🥰♥️♥️.
