Katie Ulloa ♡ Workouts + Mom Life + Healthy Lifestyle on Instagram: "WEEK 2 POSTPARTUM MOVEMENT! I wish pelvic floor and core REHAB was something that EVERY MOM (& really everyone!) was encouraged to do.. especially early postpartum before jumping back into your normal exercise routine! I love using a 9 inch inflatable #Pilates ball, but actually, this whole series can be done between just you and the wall or any other kind of softer ball.

This sequence is a beautiful combination of strength and release for your pelvic floor. It is a great nutirent as well as your #nervous system. Both systems work very closely so a series like this is fantastic.

The really lovely thing about the ball is the buoyancy and you can just allow your body to release back into the cradle of the buoyancy.
