These are some of my best “bang for your buck” stretches during pregnancy.  1. Figure 8s for your upper back- this occ makes me dizzy so if that happens to you, skip this one! If not, it helps SO much with getting your ribs moving   2. Thoracic (upper back) rotations- sit back on your heels and breathe in and out   3. Hip rotations- especially important to work on the internal rotation (when your knee falls in)  during pregnancy  4.
