WASHING OF THE FEET

Yesterday evening, Casey and I went to the evening Mass of the Last Supper. It was a beautiful night of reflection and prayer. Traditionally, this Mass includes a washing of the feet ceremony. Each parish has a unique way of performing this ritual. Some parishes wash the feet of their church staff, and others wash the feet of random volunteers.
