Daniel Lamble on Instagram: "Lazy levelled up noodles 🍜🤙 Ingredients Oil Beef mince onion Spring onions Bean sprouts 1- 1 1/2 cups of water Any noodles you have in the pantry - mix and match like it really doesn’t matter. Sauce - equal parts hoisin sauce, soy sauce and oyster sauce. 1. Add oil to a pan and fry up your beef mince and onions. Cook the beef down to get some really nice caramelisation on it. 2. make a mixture of equal parts oyster sauce, hoisin sauce and soy sauce, add that to the beef and onion as and allow that to cook and get thick and sticky. 3. Add some water and throw in your instant noodles cover with a lid for a couple minutes to cook the noodles halfway through then add spring onions and bean sprouts (or anything else you have in the fridge). Give it a toss
