N I rton works for me

I have used Norton in the past and am completely satisfied with the service.... I feel confident about the quality....

VPN is a waste of time.

For the second day now, Norton VPN is not working correctly. There is no option to "change country". Yesterday I was stuck on Israel. Today I am now stuck on Türkiye.

What am I and other subscribers paying for?

Before this, the VPN would repeatedly disconnect you from the service, requiring the subscriber to not only invest their money, but continual time to micromanage the product to ensure it is delivering the service which you have paid for.

If this was a restaurant, you would send the food back to the chef, refuse to pay and never visit the poor quality, low customer investment premises ever again.

Unfortunately, once you subscribe in advance, despite all the promises, they do not care how you are treated, they already have your money and can do what they like with you.

Had to wait for someone go one to take our…

Had to wait for some one to take our order for 5 minutes all in the back laughing and carry6 on only 2 choices of drinks food was crap have taken a photo absolutely apaloud how low it's gone

Please review case id 91631610, and feedback to the person who handled my case how truly awful his handling of the situation was

On the first chat to unblock a certain web page, the support staff deleted/reset/amended various system settings which wasn't necessary, and one of the impacts was that the display font clarity in chrome made it almost unreadable for me (as a dyslexic)
The support staff member did fix the issue of me being able to access the webpage I needed to however by adding to the exclusion list in the end

On the second chat the support staff repeatedly told me they couldn't have altered display quality in Chrome, as opposed to listening in any way whatsoever, even after I shared screen grabs of windows being crystal clear, and anything in chrome being blurry

...anyway the system setting that was changed by your support staff (that needed changing back) was under "Adjust the appearance and performance of windows" on windows 11, and then resetting to "adjust for best appearance"

I have just started a third chat asking for the email address either for complaints, and customer services, and the support staff are telling me there is no way to complain, and no email address for customer services, copied from the chat "No...you can only share the feedback or raise complaints via survey."

The second chat did give me a number to call in London, no one has picked up after 45:14 on hold, again very poor

In summary totally awful technical support which has been very stressful

Extremely disapointed

Bought their premium version & most every day I get messages about sites tracking me & hundreds of other problems Norton can't protect my computer from or fix. Extremely disappointed.

Thanks to my bank.

Thanks to my bank. I have managed to cancel any further thefts from my bank account. I will be pursuing legal and press action to ensure nobody else gets scammed. Will also be taking action to recover all monies stolen from me.
