SO–I haven’t been talking about Palestine or Isreal because I was naive, and I was uninformed; why say shit about something that you don’t know shit about?
But I can talk about the stuff I’ve seen being(formerly) a part of the pro-palestinian group! For instance, the Hamas Terrorist group isn’t talked about within the circles. It stopped being about that a long time ago for the pro–Palestinian people. It can also be used as a cover-up for antisemitics.
In an earlier post of mine, I mentioned it being cultish, and thinking more on it, that’s so true. They are fed information about the citizens only and all the citizen casualties, which they then donate to get the living citizens out. Which is perfectly fine(?) I understand wanting to save lives!
However, it’s hypocritical in a sense. No one mentions Hamas, and even then, they have an excuse for them. October 7th and everything that happened is seemingly unimportant to pro–Palestinian groups(basically, it didn’t happen).
They villanize Israel, hence the ‘Genocide’ narrative. This is spoonfed to the group itself by big influencers.
Fair warning this is all from my POV. So, I have not a clue how it’s perceived to others, and I have a feeling I’m going to be burnt at the stake!
