Hullo lovelies! 🌸

It’s been a little while since our last update - almost a year, in fact! -and I hope that in that time, life has been treating you all well.

This is just a little update about the future of Immortal Wanderers as, good news, I am finally returning to make this little community hub active once again!

Now there will be a few changes going forward – for one, I will be taking a much more relaxed role. Where Immortal Wanderers held events almost monthly or seasonally, for the time being we will not be holding any events of our own. Instead, any events taking part in this fandom that come to our attention will be shared and signal boosted as before, and we strongly encourage taking a look and getting involved in what’s on offer. I also recommend taking a peak at what our friends and affiliates have going on (there’s a link to them all on our blog) as many of them organize their own ways to get involved - especially the likes of the up-and-coming Qi Ye Doodles and Drabbles exchange).

This isn’t to say that we won’t ever be holding our own events again in the future, but just for the time being we’re kicking back and just enjoying what the fandom has to share.

For all creators that may be after a spot of inspiration - be they a writer, artist, gif maker, graphic maker - any creator! - we’ll still keep our bingo sheet available as a way to hopefully give you guys some ideas! It’ll be attached to the end of this post, so feel free to download and save it, and have fun tackling the prompts however you see fit!

If you’d like to make sure any of your works are seen and shared through this blog, I encourage the use of our own tracked tag more than ever - #immortalwanderers. This is mostly because some of the tags these days aren’t as easy or as kind to track as they once were when this blog was first created, and as always I prefer to keep this space safe and free for all fans. The tag is open and available for anyone to use.

I recently finished watching Word of Honor, and it quickly became one of my all-time favorites. Wen Kexing is also one of my favorite characters in anything ever

One of the most underrated relationships in the show, in my opinion, is between WKX and Tragicomic Ghost. I’m dying to see more of their backstory. I came across a post suggesting that he learned to apply his iconic red eyeliner after seeing her do it, and I knew I had to draw it immediately

I definitely need to draw more for this show—especially Wenzhou, of course!
