YES! A thousand times yes! I would love to either write or do historical research for them.

Can I ask a question?

Yes! I love questions. There are no such thing as stupid questions. Sometimes I get repeat questions though, so check the answered asks tag before sending it in. I won’t answer questions that can be answered easily on the American Girl Wiki like how many siblings a character has or what year they’re from. If I answer your question in a way that doesn’t make sense, feel free to ask me to clarify my answer.

Is it okay for me to follow you?

First things first, I am an adult. If you’re under eighteen and you’re uncomfortable following me, I totally get that. I don’t post adult content but I do swear a bit here and there. And sometimes difficult subjects like slavery, child abuse, the Holocaust, and rape come up but I try to tag these so if you want to avoid them you can. Feel free to message me if you need something specific tagged!

I do not want Trump supporters and Republicans following me. I do not want anyone who can’t say Black Lives Matter following me. I have a no tolerance policy for homophobia, transphobia, ableism and antisemitism.

It doesn’t say so on the Minnesota Historical Society website but their Facebook post says that Dr. Daley will be discussing Addy Walker and Dr. Daley’s 10 day journey retracing Addy’s escape to freedom.

He’s definitely in Kirsten Saves the Day. He also shows up in the short stories Kirsten and the Chippewa, Kirsten Snowbound and Kirsten’s Promise.

I thought his first appearance was in Kirsten Learns A Lesson but it’s not. Anna mentions a dog named “Brownie.”

Cécile’s family is literally SO interesting. All of them are just fascinating and we don’t get a ton about them in the book bc it’s all from Céce’s POV and she’s got her own plot going on but they’re just like “yeah her dad owns his own stonecarving business and his dad was a sailor who’s had his own adventures overseas for years upon years and her mom was orphaned as a teenager and her and her sister were raised by a nun where they worked together as nurses during a pandemic and then they both married well and now the mom is an actual property owner and business-runner as a black woman in the 1850s and the sister (céce’s aunt) moved out of new orleans with her husband before returning after her husband died leaving her with a toddler child. and also céce’s brother studied art in paris” And then AG retired her after two years and we never got to hear more about this like DUDE. I WANT A BOOK ABOUT HER MOM
