Easy Buttermilk Biscuits Recipe - Oven-Fresh Homemade Biscuits
2 cups flour 1 tbsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 1/2 cup cold butter 3/4 cup buttermilk Preheat oven to 450F. Whisk flour, baking powder, salt. Cut in butter. Make a well, pour in buttermilk. Stir until dough comes together. Knead dough, pat out into a 1-inch thick rectangle. Cut out biscuits. Gather scraps, pat out again. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
