My # 1 kettlebell exercise as a physical therapist!!! I seriously love this one, you guys. Could go on and on about it for days 😍

It looks so simple, but it’s so good for slow, controlled stabilization, working through your range of motion! You’ve gotta give it a try. 

Start small (5-10lb). Holding the kb bottoms up gives an extra challenge for grip/forearm but is optional! 

Let me know if you give it a shot - you won’t regret it!
