I cut a white panel to fit slightly smaller for an A2 size card base. I then stamped the ice cream image and masked it off and used distress ink to create a water colored background using distress ink. I then copic colored the image and stamped and die cut the sentiment in black dye ink. I added some sequins for a bit of sparkle! This was my first slimline card. I folded in half a piece of 8 1/2 by 11 white cardstock and trimmed it to fit inside a legal size envelope for my card base. I then cut a piece of black cardstock a bit smaller as to leave a white boarder around it. I then die cut 9 Poppy Stems out of white cardstock and colored them using distress ink and a blender brush. This was a fun card to make. I started by ink blending several distress oxide colors to make the background. I stamped a background stamp over it to make the writing and splattered it with some white paint. I set it a side to dry. I then die cut the poppy stem flower and frame from white cardstock several time and glued them together to make them thicker so they would pop up a little. I then die cut the word You out of black cardstock and the stamped the sentiment also on black cardstock and…
