Lace mat: Chef Alan Tetreault @globalsugarart 
CMC powder: @satin.ice 

Recipe:
1/2 cup boiling water (120 ml)
1 Tbsp CMC or Tylose (10 g)
1 Tbsp powdered sugar (8 g)
1 Tbsp corn starch or corn flour (8 g)
1 Tsp light corn syrup (7 g)
Few drops of food coloring of choice 

1. Add tylose powder or CMC to boiling water. You will notice it’s hard to mix and will has a lot of lumps. That’s expected! Leave the mixture covered for about an hour, mix again, and all the lumps will disappear.
