French dollhouse

We're done with "Somewhere in France" dollhouse! This is a commission for Sharon in Australia. This house has a long trip home! This house is 24" across x 24 1/2" tall without the chimneys. The chimneys are a couple of inches tall and are not glued on for shipping. And it's 21 1/2" deep + 3" or so for the front porch floor which is also not glued on so the house can fit in the box. My French Dollhouse, The Petite Maison, is a work in progress. The exterior is looking so much more French now! This is the dollhouse how I found it at the consignment shop. It was nicely built from plywood, with the exterior painted, but not much else. When I saw it, I thought the roofline looked very French, and I could modify the house to give it that Frenchy look. A new design! This is La Maison de la Marquise. It's a custom dollhouse I made as a commission. This dollhouse is 22" across x 15 1/4" deep x 21" tall. The exterior is mostly plaster. This will be a kitchen area with French doors. Downstairs is 20 3/4" across x 8 1/2" tall. I used pre cut pieces of wood to make the entry tile. Here is the kitchen space.
