I have dealt with these people in my life and I have been one of these people... There have been many times in my life my lack of self awareness caused a lot of issues in my relationships. We all have to realize it's not just about us, it's about the person we have hurt also. Without acknowledgement and understanding of the pain you caused someone that loves you there is never a road to recovery.
