1 ltr Full fat milk 
Heat the milk 
1/2 tsp Jeera 
1/2 tsp Kalonji 
2 tsp Ghee 
Hot coal 
Cover & Smoke the Milk
1/2 tsp Saunf 
1 tsp Garlic, chopped 
1 tsp Fresh coriander, chopped 
1 tsp Smoky ghee 
Mix well 
Salt to taste 
1/2 tsp Red chili flakes 
2 tbsp Vinegar 
Whisk well 
Strain the paneer 
Add to a paneer press 
Squeeze out the excess water 
& let it set for 2 hours 
Cut as desired
