PearSauce Cake with Browned Butter Frosting 1/3 cup canola oil 1 1/2 cups brown sugar 3 eggs 3 cups pear sauce 3 cups all purpose flour 2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. allspice pinch cloves (optional) 1 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. baking powder Beat oil, eggs and sugar together, add pear sauce, stir well.
