Sorry I don’t have a plan for you to go off of. But this is the best I can do with the progress pictures of the stand as he went. 

Here are the dimensions:
The stand itself is
64 inches wide 
32 inches deep
6 ft tall at the front of the stand
The counter top is 2ft from the bottom of the stand but with the wheels the counter top is 34 inches from the ground.
