Priscilla Andrews on Instagram: "Yes, we can do our beginner incline push-ups on the smith machine and adjust the height very easily. So if you’re on the Smith machine, you’re doing legwork, add the upper body work so you can get everything done at one location. 

You can add the Australian pull-up/inverted row.  Notice it’s just your bodyweight. We aren’t adding any additional weight. 

We are all entitled to use these machines at whatever fitness level we are on. Don’t forget that.
