Jo Rogers on Instagram: "The Spitfire first entered service with the RAF on 4 August 1938 when 19 Squadron based at RAF Duxford took delivery of Mk1 Spitfires like the one we see here. This Mk1a, N3200, was a 19 squadron Spitfire which left Duxford in May 1940 to cover the evacuation of Dunkirk. She wasn’t to return to Duxford until 2007, but that’s a whole other story!
