The Apollo Creeper was one of the first styles to be produced by Underground in the 1980’s. Built on a sharp toe last named Meteor, this Leather Creeper is technically known as a monk shoe, a term used to describe the single buckle feature. The key features of the Apollo Creeper include its corrugated sole design, an interlace weave on the apron and in some cases the contrasting panels or underlays on the apron. ⁠ The Apollo Creeper is available on a single, double and triple-height sole.⁠

Allocated the 005 code number, Barfly was created at the same time as the Apollo buckle creeper and was one of the very first Underground designs to be produced. Built on a sharp toe last named Meteor, the Barfly is a lace up shoe with discrete blind eyelets.⁠ The other key features of the Barfly include its corrugated sole design, an interlace weave on the apron and in some cases the contrasting panels or underlays on the apron.⁠
