They’re one of my absolute fave recipes from The Plant-Based Cookbook (breakfast chapter p.47)❤️ The video for them just went onto our YouTube channel, link in our bio. You’ll need the below for them... - 2 red apples - 3 ripe bananas, peeled - 3 1⁄2 tablespoons coconut milk (from a carton) - 3 tablespoons coconut oil - 230g spelt or plain flour - 200g coconut or brown sugar - 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda - 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder - pinch of ground cinnamon"
