AND I “translate” in operational actions of consulting and change facilitation.Co-building tomorrow requires evolution of our mindsets, novels plants seeds of a new awareness for a better future. How to handle complexity within organisations ? I demonstrate explicitly the invisible structures of organisations (DNA, culture, behaviors, relations..) in order to point out paradoxes that might be the source of dysfunctions and resistances to change. And then I facilitate the co-elaboration of solutions compatible with organizations’ singularity. I facilitate the “servant leadership” to develop collective intelligence to free talents and resources. Coming from a period of individualism in our occidental history we need to learn how to cooperate, that’s why Alter'Coop is born. To be a concrete answer though a program of many modules to practice how to be an efficient cooper’actor and dialogue diversities. Foresight : A transition period means having visibility on tomorrow. In the midst of a paradigm shift, our landmarks are being recomposed and we must imagine tomorrow. I put at the service of foresight both the ability to mobilize actors who think and act on change (AlterCoopAgency events) and by exploring the future thanks to a collective of Science-Fiction authors and imagination specialists...
