The main objective of this study is to therefore investigate whether entrepreneurial marketing can affect the performance of small and medium-sized enterprises operating in Ethiopia, specifically in the city of Jimma. A purposive sampling technique was employed to gather data from 100 business owners that have been on market for more than 7 years. The data were analysed using Minitab and SPSS statistical software packages. The study showed that some elements of entrepreneurial marketing indeed affect the performance of small and medium-sized enterprises. In this study, mixed research methods were used. Stratified simple random sampling was used to select proportional number of samples from the study area. Both primary and secondary source of data were used. To obtain the primary data, questionnaires were distributed for 278 micro and small sized enterprises owners and managers to access the performance status of their enterprises and also to examine factors affecting their performance. Secondary data were collected from books, journals, past research works, official documents and the Internet.

In order to achieve the research objectives, the authors adopted both a descriptive and explanatory research design. Structured questionnaires were used to gather data from the targeted group of the study, where the probability and non-probability sampling technique was employed to draw a sample of 179. The collected data were presented and analyzed using the SPSS (version 20) statistical software package. A multiple linear regression model was applied to see the effect of CSR on organizational performance. The study showed that philanthropic activities, ethical activities, and legal activities affect organizational performance, have a positive relationship, and are statistically significant at a 1% confidence interval. The study applied balanced panel data of eight Ethiopian commercial banks that covers the period of 2002 - 2012. The paper uses ordinary least square (OLS) technique to see the impact of determinants on profitability of Ethiopian commercial banks. The findings of the study show that all bank specific determinants except credit risk and expense management have statistically significant and positive relationship with banks’ profitability. On the other hand, variables like credit risk, expense management and regulation have a negative and statistically significant relationship with banks’ profitability. To this effect, this study observed the effects of corporate entrepreneurship (CE) dimensions on the performance of SMEs in the town of Holeta, Ethiopia. We used both descriptive and survey research designs to meet the specified target of the study. The researchers employed both primary and secondary data sources; the former were collected from 173 participants using both primary and secondary data. The result of this study indicates that all of the explanatory variables used were statistically significant and had a positive relationship with the performance of SMEs. A bibliometric study was used to analyze articles published between 1976 and 2020 and create an illustrative map of innovation in small and medium enterprises; a sample of papers gathered through Web of Science Core Collection database.
