Article deals with meaning and prospects of development of agro-tourism activities as a component of sustainable development of rural areas of Ukraine. The normative concepts of rural and agrotourism, the necessity and actuality of ecological certification of touristic objects and rural farmstead are examined in this article. Thus we have determined that promotion on the market of rural tourism (green) and agro-tourism is impossible without complying with relevant standards, norms and ecological passportization and certification of tourist objects and rural (agro) estates. The environmental certification issues have to play leading role in governmental and regional target programs and to provide the sustainable development of rural residential territories and certain touristic regions.

This paper reports a study into the quantitative values and dynamics of physical factors in premi... more This paper reports a study into the quantitative values and dynamics of physical factors in premises and workplaces of stationary and portable computers. The factors that are practically not perceived by the senses of operators were investigated. It is established that modern monitors do not generate electromagnetic fields of hygienically significant levels. System units generate electric fields (18‒22 V/m) and magnetic fields (220‒245 nT) that are approaching the maximum permissible. Sources of uninterruptible power supply and fluorescent lighting systems generate excess magnetic fields (up to 2250 nT and 2300 nT), respectively. The main excessive factor for portable computers is electric fields (up to 9 kV/m), which is the cause of air deionization in the user's zone of stay. Ash and slag disposal areas of Ukrainian thermal power plants accumulate large amounts of waste annually. Objectives. The aim of the present study was to analyze the composition of ash and slag wastes generated during combustion of coal at Ukrainian thermal power plants and the potential affects of disposal areas on the environment. Methods. A literature search was conducted using the Google search engine to access online academic publications indexed in Google Scholar, PubMed, Scopus, Clarivate Analytics (Web of Science), ScienceDirect, ResearchGate and Springer Link from 2011 in English and Ukrainian. Results. Identification of factors of non-productive origin that affect the electromagnetic situation in industrial buildings and the implementation of a sequence of measures to normalize it. Methods. Experimental study of the source of extraneous electromagnetic fields in buildings and structures that can adversely affect workers and sensitive devices in production. To do this, the means of finding such fields were identified and used. The state and description of electric power networks as well as the distribution of the intensity of high-frequency electromagnetic fields are generalized. Electromagnetic safety measures in the production of various purposes are analyzed and presented. Results. Industrial five-storey buildings were inspected for currents in metal structures. In order to ensure the continuous operation of the stations in their territories, various ancillary technogenic facilities are located and operate, which release emissions of non-radiation pollutants into the atmosphere. Under various negative circumstances of a technical and natural nature, emergencies may occur due to significant chemical pollution of the atmospheric air in and outside the sanitary protection zone. Мета дослідження – натурні вимірювання кількісних значень найбільш критичних фізичних факторів та надання науково обґрунтованих рекомендацій з їх нормалізації та підтримання на нормативному рівні. Для досягнення поставленої мети визначені наступні задачі: вимірювання напруженостей магнітного та електричного полів промислової частоти, індукції стаціонарного магнітного поля, густини потоків енергії електричних полів, радіочастот, напруженостей електростатичних полів та концентрації аероіонів обох знаків у повітрі робочої зони.
