Thus, this narrative research aims to gather and compare best practices based on various theories and leadership styles applicable in many contexts around the globe. Based on the findings of the study, five conclusions emerged from the findings of this study on the contextual inquiry of leadership practices of a global leader. The evidence for these conclusions came straight from one participant's replies regarding her leadership experiences, trainings, obstacles, and workplace practices in a global setting. First and foremost, a good leader must be a visionary leader who can influence the future. Second, because of the leadership styles and theories used in decision-making, a global leader need experience, training, and qualifications in order to effectively handle the challenges or problems that an international school face. Third, a good global leader should recognize and respect her subordinates, weighing their contributions through adequate listening, communication, and documentation in order to attain objectives. Fourth, being an educational leader who can positively impact or perform leadership tasks is determined by leadership style on a case-by-case basis. The leader's decision is based on the circumstances. Fifth, to effectively manage the organization, strong leadership begins with humility, hard work, and a goal-oriented mindset. These pertinent details on global leadership practices, styles, skills, and principles will serve as a road map for aspiring leaders to handle real-life problems and become effective leaders in the workplace.

The study is descriptive in nature. Data were collected from the 50 teacher-researchers' and were analyzed qualitatively. Results of the study revealed that most of respondents encountered challenges in conducting research like the lack of time, have anxieties in writing and conducting the study and perceived research as an additional burden on their part. Additionally, analyzing the quantitative and qualitative data in identifying the issues to be investigated has been a tough challenge to them as well. The good thing about it is that majority of the respondents have undertaken Division Trainings, Graduate studies, and LAC sessions as part of learning and development that helped them to come up with their researches. And so, the researchers of this study, have made an action plan to resolve the challenges and difficulties experienced by the teachers who conducted action research and will be used by the future teacher-researchers.

The overall landscape of learning has changed significantly because of the COVID-19 pandemic. This action research focused on the integration of video lessons to grade-9 science learners amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. The study was a descriptive-experimental method about video lessons integration to grade-9 science learners with 30 student-learners of Cataingan National High School of Poblacion, Cataingan, Masbate as research subjects. The research question was based on the performance of the selected respondents with regards to before and after the application of the video lessons approach. The main purpose was to find the degree of significant difference between the performance of the student-respondents before and after attending the integration of video lessons. The T-test was utilized to determine the statistical results. In the final findings, the researcher concluded that for all weeks of pre-tests and post-tests, the null hypothesis was rejected, which tells us that the difference between their means was statistically significant. Therefore, the science video lessons were significantly effective than modular learning. Once these two are combined, would also prove as a very good combination.
