Kunci kesuksesan dari suatu organisasi pendidikan dalam mencapai tujuan tentunya tidak terlepas d... more Kunci kesuksesan dari suatu organisasi pendidikan dalam mencapai tujuan tentunya tidak terlepas dari kualitas pelayanan baik itu dalam bentuk akademik dan non akademik. Dimana dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut tentunya dengan cara memberikan kepuasan kepada pihak akademis. Studi kasus dilakukan prediksi kepuasan layanan dilakukan pada Universitas Terbuka dengan menggunakan komentar pada sosial media Youtube sebagai pengolahan datanya. Pendekatan text mining merupakan salah satu alternatif yang baik dalam tujuan mengartikan makna dalam komentar yang diberikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa prediksi kepuasan layanan dari beberapa kategori sebagai tolak ukurnya. Adapun pengkategoriannya yaitu: Module, Tutorial, Beasiswa, Pengajar, Ujian, Aplikasi, Non Akademik dan Others. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah komparatif, dengan menerapkan 4 algoritma yaitu Decision Tree (DT), Support Vector Machine (SVM), Naïve Bayes (NB) dan Random Forest (RF) untuk Prediction Accuracy. Total dataset awal 7776 data dan setelah dilakukan cleansing dan preprocessing berjumlah 6920 data. Dan kemudian di evaluasi untuk ke 7 kategori setelah di akurasikan menghasilkan: Kategori Modul akurasi tertinggi sebesar 99,37% dengan menggunakan algoritma DT, Kategori Aplikasi akurasi tertinggi sebesar 100% dengan menggunakan algoritma DT, Kategori Pengajar akurasi tertinggi 99,42% dengan menggunakan algoritma DT. Kategori Tutorial akurasi tertinggi 92,4% dengan menggunakan algoritma SVM, Kategori Ujian akurasi tertinggi 99,7% dengan menggunakan algoritma RF, Kategori Non Akademik akurasi tertinggi 99,90% dengan menggunakan algoritma DT. Dan untuk kategori Others akurasi tertinggi 96,58% dengan menggunakan algoritma DT.

One of the independent school institutions that work well with parents (community) is called the school committee. One of its roles is to create high achieving schools. This study aims to determine the effect of school committees and parents' associations on elementary school achievement. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study were principals, school committees, teachers and guardians of elementary school students in Karangsambung District, while the research sample consisted of: 26 principals, 26 teachers, 13 school committees, and 13 student guardians. Data collection using questionnaires and data analysis using Pearson product moment correlation analysis techniques and multiple regression analysis. This study concludes: (1) the role of the school committee has a positive and significant influence on elementary school achievement, (2) the parents' association has a positive and significant influence on elementary school achievement, and (3) the role of the school committee and community of people parents together have a positive and significant influence on elementary school achievement. Therefore, to create the maximum role of school committees in achieving school achievement, it is expected that there will be participation from various parties as an effort to integrate roles through school committees.

This study aims to determine the application of character education to students based on local wisdom in the learning process of Riau Malay Culture at SD Negeri 183 Pekanbaru, the supporting factors, inhibiting factors and the efforts of the Mulok BMR teachers in overcoming the obstacles they face. This research is an ethnographic research using a qualitative approach. Based on the results in this study, the researchers limited as many as 8 characters that were more considered and implemented properly based on local wisdom in learning Riau Malay Culture at SD Negeri 183 Pekanbaru including religious, honesty, discipline, social care, responsibility, environmental care, independence and respect. Combining the technique for order of preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) multicriteria analysis with rapid descriptive techniques can improve preference map (PREFMAP) results. This study was conducted to compare the PREFMAPs generated with rapid descriptive flash profile (FP), check‐all‐that‐apply (CATA), and Napping® versus PREFMAPs constructed with FP‐TOPSIS, CATA‐TOPSIS, and Napping‐TOPSIS.ResultsOnly 38.46%, 63.66%, and 42% of sensory attributes initially generated by FP, CATA, and Napping techniques respectively were considered for the determination of their weight W and allocation as positive or negative in the TOPSIS technique. CSR activities improve a company's image when consumers attribute sincere motives, are ineffective when sincerity of motives is ambiguous, and hurt the company's image when motives are perceived as insincere. Variables affecting perceived sincerity include the benefit salience of the cause, the source through which consumers learn about CSR, and the ratio of CSR contributions and CSR‐related advertising. High benefit salience of the cause hurts the company, in particular when consumers learn about it from a company source. This backfire effect can be overcome by spending more on CSR activities than on advertising that features CSR.

The Covid pandemic has caused a change from face-to-face learning to online learning. Learning Management System (LMS) is a platform to support online learning. The Open University Lecturer Community Service Program is the development of the Learning Management System (LMS) of SMAN 2 Bogor and online learning training with 85 teachers participating. The first stage of the LMS SMAN 2 Bogor platform that has been developed includes features a) attendance list; (b) learning modules; (c) value; (d) assignment assessment, and (e) feedback. LMS SMAN 2 Bogor will then be developed again in the community service program the following year.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh supervisi akademik pengawas, kepemimpinan kepala... more Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh supervisi akademik pengawas, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SD Negeri Kecamatan Bulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 293 orang guru yang berasal dari 25 sekolah. Jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian adalah sebanyak 158 orang guru. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi sederhana dan regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat diketahui bahwa (1) Supervisi akademik pengawas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri Kecamatan Bulu (2) Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri Kecamatan Bulu (3) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri Kecamatan (4) Supervisi akademik pengawas, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri Kecamatan Bulu.
