In this article, we examine the instructional theoretical work on the formation of family-moral v... more In this article, we examine the instructional theoretical work on the formation of family-moral values of students, conduct experimental work on a small experimental site and consider its concrete results. Methods were used to determine students' moral awareness, understanding family as value, family relationships, ability to control family conflicts, and active involvement in family decision-making. Theoretically, content analysis, synthesis, generalization, survey, diagnostics, and the like were organized. Based on the above, it is very effective to use Rokeach's method of "valuing the value". We present a percentage index based on the traditional relationships of the family institution in the form of a forming experiment organized on the basis of the "Psychological trainings for family life" series, which is organized in the right direction, in conjunction with the new social and economic conditions within the modern society.

The purpose of the present study was to elaborate the effect of providing the constructive feedba... more The purpose of the present study was to elaborate the effect of providing the constructive feedback to open and distant students who enrolled in the online learning program. The participants were 30 students who studied in eight sessions of the online course. They had to discuss course content in available chat forum of the Learning LMS and complete written assignments. The constructive feedback with some characteristics-specific and actionable; descriptive and helpful; showing respect; address to issues and tasks; and provide dialogue-were immediately provided by the tutors on the students' discussion and their written assignments. Pre-test and post-test sessions were implemented to get information regarding the influence of constructive feedback on students' cognitive aspects. In addition, the online interview session was also applied to gather the information concerning the impact of the constructive feedback provision on students' motivational aspects. It is therefore concluded that the provision of constructive feedback student's motivation and knowledge while they were participating in online learning program.

In recent years, much attention has been paid to the problem of language and correct pronunciatio... more In recent years, much attention has been paid to the problem of language and correct pronunciation in the native language when working with the younger generation, including the formation of oral speech in children with hearing impairments with perspectives of special learning technologies, which formed the basis for our research work. Theoretically, the effective methods in shaping the oral skills of students with hearing impairments imply the provision of opportunities for their further successful socialization, unlimited communication with the outside world, and personality formation. In order to tackle the problem, we have identified the problem of testing methods and determining the level of formation of oral speech of students with hearing impairment, offering special methods, techniques for its improvement. In the course of implementation, diagnostic studies, quantitative and qualitative analysis of indicators, practical implementation of the methodology, and various practical works were carried out.

This paper aimed to re-envision the post-pandemic higher education landscape in Saudi Arabia. This study employed descriptive-qualitative research design. Twenty postgraduates completed a journal task at a public university in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The responses revealed their first-hand experience of multi-sectorial communities caused by the COVID-19 lockdown, including students, parents and teachers. Results showed that there are seven positive and eight negative impacts of emergency distance education caused by the pandemic lockdown and various themes have emerged, including Social and Educational. To succeed in the post-pandemic era, teachers need to acquire online pedagogical content knowledge and teaching strategies, conduct effective student evaluation and engage students in both virtual and in-person labs and classrooms. This study contributes to quality access of students toward online learning in countries, where distance education is still in its infant stage, such as Saudi Arabia.

It is important to support children who are affected from an early age by the insufficiency in terms of social cohesion and social skills. Social skills deficiencies lead to failure in academic skills and it is known that academic success and social skills are closely related. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of an intervention program on enhancing socio-communication skills of children with intellectual disability in science education course. Experimental research was carried out in the study in order to examine the effectiveness of an intervention program designed to promote social and communication skills of students with intellectual disability. A total number of 59 individuals with intellectual disability participated in the study. The level of development and features of development of social and communicative skills in this category are revealed. Results obtained from the study were discussed with relevant results from the literature and implications for further research and practices were provided.

This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The research subjects were elementary school teachers. Data were collected through interviews and documentation. Data analysis is done through data condensation, data presentation and verification. The results show that online learning is based on a simplified curriculum with the selection of essential competencies that are considered very important to be conveyed to students. The lesson plans are arranged in a simpler way with sections that always appear, namely learning objectives, learning activities and assessments. Synchronous learning relies more on Zoom. Asynchronous learning variations are carried out with Google Classroom to form independent and studentcentered learning. Strengthening student understanding is done by providing feedback through the WhatsApp application because it is considered more flexible, responds quickly, is simple and easy to run on students' smartphones.

The use of technology to facilitate learning has increased over the past decade, but related problems in education and training are still on the surge. The aim of this study is to determine the opinions of prospective teachers about the skill levels of using and preparing the internet, computer and instructional technology according to different variables. The study was applied to the senior students studying at the classroom teaching department of a university of education faculty in Kazakhstan. Optional participation was provided.The 32 teacher-participants were asked 4 interview questions. Data were taken with a qualitative research method. The prepared questions were prepared to get the opinions of pre-service teachers studying in the classroom teaching department regarding the use of technology in educational technology, and the questions were applied by giving the final shape by the experts in their fields. The elementary school teacher candidates feel insufficient to use the internet and computer for teaching purposes. However, they stated that they are sufficient in using computers and internet search engines, they can prepare simple materials for teaching purposes and they cannot prepare multipurpose teaching devices.

The article analyzes the diversity and multifunctionality of the phenomenon of subjectivity in the context of an interdisciplinary approach. Attitudes of preservice teachers having pedagogical formation certificate training towards instructional technology and material design course

The purpose of this study was to determine the attitudes of the trainees registered in Pedagogica... more The purpose of this study was to determine the attitudes of the trainees registered in Pedagogical Formation Certificate Program (PFCP) towards the Instructional Technologies and Material Design (ITMD) course and to analyze whether these attitudes differed according to gender, department and level of grade. The data were obtained from totally 110 trainees including 78 females and 38 males. In addition to the personal information form, the Attitude Scale towards ITMD Course was used as the data collection tool. The scale had three sub-dimensions as effectiveness, admiration and denial, and the internal consistency coefficients calculated for the current implementation were between .99 and .77. It was understood that the trainees regarded the ITMD course effective enough to be considered good, admired the course at a moderate level, and did not neglect the course very much. It was noticed that female trainees found the course more effective and admired it more rather than the male trainees. The trainees in the English group were determined to consider ITMD course more effective than the trainees in the philosophy group. Moreover, it was proved that the students in the English group admired more rather than the trainees in the theology and philosophy groups. The graduate trainees regarded ITMD course more effective than the ones who were still students.

The paper investigates the urgent issue of modern pedagogy-the study of the scientific foundations of the methodology for preparing future computer sciences teachers for the development of electronic educational resources. In the study, the following general scientific methods were used: logical-historical method, pedagogical observation, analysis, synthesis, systematisation and generalisation, methods of pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics. The authors propose criteria and indicators of the readiness of future informatics teachers to develop electronic educational resources, as well as levels to identify the readiness of future informatics teachers to create electronic educational resources. In the paper, the authors share the results of an experiment to determine the suitability of their proposed methodology, describe the ways of forming the skills of future teachers to develop EER.

From the study's initial qualitative analysis, 10 latent variables and 22 indicators concerning d... more From the study's initial qualitative analysis, 10 latent variables and 22 indicators concerning digital citizenship skills (DCS) were used in a questionnaire on a sample of 506 Thai Business Computer Programme undergraduate students attending one of six regional Thai Rajabhat Universities. Goodness-of-fit and descriptive statistical analysis [mean, standard deviation, Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin index analysis and Bartlett's test of sphericity were analysed by using SPSS® for Windows Version 21 and LISREL 9.10 for the second-order confirmatory factor analysis CFA. The results revealed that each student's opinion on their DCSs had a 'high agreement' level. Moreover, importance ranking from high to low of the 10 primary indicators was each student's footprint (1.00), cyberbullying (1.00), law (0.97), access (0.88), security (0.84), literacy (0.83), empathy (0.81), etiquette (0.80), collaboration (0.70) and thinking (0.65). Therefore, it is suggested that this study's results be used to assist various agencies and ministries in building programmes for student digital citizenship skills.

The aim is to study the working conditions of a modern computer science teacher and to determine the main directions of their training. The method of analysis made it possible to identify the discrepancy between the realities of the work of a computer science teacher at school and the training system at a university. The paper shows that digitalisation of learning is determined not only by the use of certain digital products but also by the formation of a digital learning environment. The practical significance is determined by the possibilities of a structural understanding of teaching future computer science teachers when using a combination of information technologies with the need to use them in practice in a modern school.

The research design is mixed since the disclosure of mutual influence of the components of the chain 'learning programming-computational thinking-evaluating computational thinking' requires the use of both qualitative and quantitative research methods. The conceptualisation of the 'computational thinking' idea is based on the premise of the impact of abstract thinking and computers on human thinking evolution. The structural interpretation of 'computational thinking', consisting of nine components, reflects the presence of a semantic link between teaching programming and the development of abstract computational thinking. Four levels (phenomenological, analytic-synthetic, set-prognostic and axiomatic) of computational thinking have been identified for each of these nine components. The study involved 102 elementary school students who are learning programming in Scratch. The guiding questions and problems we have developed for elementary school students are designed following the characteristics of the four levels of computational thinking. The results of the study showed that the ratio of 'structural components' to different levels of computational thinking, with the corresponding characteristics, allows one to determine the degree of its development or its individual components.

This study is a correlation research that aims to reveal whether digital material game usage sub-... more This study is a correlation research that aims to reveal whether digital material game usage sub-dimensions, gender, school level, in-service training for education in the digital environment, digital game playing status, devices and remote education variables, are significant predictors of digital material development self-efficacy level sub-dimensions. The study group consisted of 330 teachers. The study group consists of voluntary teachers from all education levels who provide remote education during the pandemic in Malatya city in the 2020-2021 academic year. This study found that there is a negative relationship between teachers' seniority and Web 2.0 development self-efficacy; a positive significant relationship between attitudes to use digital games in the class and Web 2.0 development skills; higher design self-efficacy perception in teachers with in-service training compared to those who did not have in-service training; higher design self-efficacy for teachers with high attitude towards using digital games in class; and negative attitudes towards digital games increased as the negative perspective towards digital material development self-efficacy increased. Experimental and qualitative studies regarding digital game-based digital teaching material efficiency can be recommended.

The study involved nineteen male and female postgraduates who were pursuing an education master's degree during the COVID-19 pandemic. This is a qualitative research asking participants to provide a 300-word response to the open-ended question: "How will you implement what you have learnt in your studies so that distance education can be effectively provided and convince others of the merit of this approach?" The task was presented in Arabic and the complete assignments were returned electronically. The 11,181-word corpus underwent content and thematic analyses yielding eight themes. Participants addressed issues pertinent to teaching and learning, equity in technological access and digital literacy. To make DE in Saudi Arabia successful, thorough preparation of involved parties, including educators and learners, and their digital teaching and learning skills should be mastered.

However, for it to be beneficial, it needs transfomation in order to fit the current situation or changes that have occurred in human life over a time.The purpose of this research is to consider the impact of the digital transformation of Russian society on the formation of young teachers' professional identity. The constructivist approach and the "soft concepts" of identity that have developed within its framework, serve as the methodological basis of the proposed research. The results of the applied authors' sociological study conducted in 2020 serve as the empirical basis of this study. The method of collecting information was an in-depth interview. The reseach concluded that digitalization has a positive impact on formation of professional identity of young teachers. We also note that, despite the fact that the forced transition to online education has increased the prestige of teaching, digitalization cannot be considered as an independent factor that is able to change the professional space so that it becomes more attractive for young professionals.

This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The research subjects were elementary school teachers. Data were collected through interviews and documentation. Data analysis is done through data condensation, data presentation and verification. The results show that online learning is based on a simplified curriculum with the selection of essential competencies that are considered very important to be conveyed to students. The lesson plans are arranged in a simpler way with sections that always appear, namely learning objectives, learning activities and assessments. Synchronous learning relies more on Zoom. Asynchronous learning variations are carried out with Google Classroom to form independent and studentcentered learning. Strengthening student understanding is done by providing feedback through the WhatsApp application because it is considered more flexible, responds quickly, is simple and easy to run on students' smartphones.

The use of technology to facilitate learning has increased over the past decade, but related problems in education and training are still on the surge. The aim of this study is to determine the opinions of prospective teachers about the skill levels of using and preparing the internet, computer and instructional technology according to different variables. The study was applied to the senior students studying at the classroom teaching department of a university of education faculty in Kazakhstan. Optional participation was provided.The 32 teacher-participants were asked 4 interview questions. Data were taken with a qualitative research method. The prepared questions were prepared to get the opinions of pre-service teachers studying in the classroom teaching department regarding the use of technology in educational technology, and the questions were applied by giving the final shape by the experts in their fields. The elementary school teacher candidates feel insufficient to use the internet and computer for teaching purposes. However, they stated that they are sufficient in using computers and internet search engines, they can prepare simple materials for teaching purposes and they cannot prepare multipurpose teaching devices.

The purpose of this study was to determine the attitudes of the trainees registered in Pedagogica... more The purpose of this study was to determine the attitudes of the trainees registered in Pedagogical Formation Certificate Program (PFCP) towards the Instructional Technologies and Material Design (ITMD) course and to analyze whether these attitudes differed according to gender, department and level of grade. The data were obtained from totally 110 trainees including 78 females and 38 males. In addition to the personal information form, the Attitude Scale towards ITMD Course was used as the data collection tool. The scale had three sub-dimensions as effectiveness, admiration and denial, and the internal consistency coefficients calculated for the current implementation were between .99 and .77. It was understood that the trainees regarded the ITMD course effective enough to be considered good, admired the course at a moderate level, and did not neglect the course very much. It was noticed that female trainees found the course more effective and admired it more rather than the male trainees. The trainees in the English group were determined to consider ITMD course more effective than the trainees in the philosophy group. Moreover, it was proved that the students in the English group admired more rather than the trainees in the theology and philosophy groups. The graduate trainees regarded ITMD course more effective than the ones who were still students.

The authors propose criteria and indicators of the readiness of future informatics teachers to develop electronic educational resources, as well as levels to identify the readiness of future informatics teachers to create electronic educational resources. In the paper, the authors share the results of an experiment to determine the suitability of their proposed methodology, describe the ways of forming the skills of future teachers to develop EER.

From the study's initial qualitative analysis, 10 latent variables and 22 indicators concerning d... more From the study's initial qualitative analysis, 10 latent variables and 22 indicators concerning digital citizenship skills (DCS) were used in a questionnaire on a sample of 506 Thai Business Computer Programme undergraduate students attending one of six regional Thai Rajabhat Universities. Goodness-of-fit and descriptive statistical analysis [mean, standard deviation, Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin index analysis and Bartlett's test of sphericity were analysed by using SPSS® for Windows Version 21 and LISREL 9.10 for the second-order confirmatory factor analysis CFA. The results revealed that each student's opinion on their DCSs had a 'high agreement' level. Moreover, importance ranking from high to low of the 10 primary indicators was each student's footprint (1.00), cyberbullying (1.00), law (0.97), access (0.88), security (0.84), literacy (0.83), empathy (0.81), etiquette (0.80), collaboration (0.70) and thinking (0.65). Therefore, it is suggested that this study's results be used to assist various agencies and ministries in building programmes for student digital citizenship skills.

The aim is to study the working conditions of a modern computer science teacher and to determine the main directions of their training. The method of analysis made it possible to identify the discrepancy between the realities of the work of a computer science teacher at school and the training system at a university. The paper shows that digitalisation of learning is determined not only by the use of certain digital products but also by the formation of a digital learning environment. The practical significance is determined by the possibilities of a structural understanding of teaching future computer science teachers when using a combination of information technologies with the need to use them in practice in a modern school.

The research design is mixed since the disclosure of mutual influence of the components of the chain 'learning programming-computational thinking-evaluating computational thinking' requires the use of both qualitative and quantitative research methods. The conceptualisation of the 'computational thinking' idea is based on the premise of the impact of abstract thinking and computers on human thinking evolution. The structural interpretation of 'computational thinking', consisting of nine components, reflects the presence of a semantic link between teaching programming and the development of abstract computational thinking. Four levels (phenomenological, analytic-synthetic, set-prognostic and axiomatic) of computational thinking have been identified for each of these nine components. The study involved 102 elementary school students who are learning programming in Scratch. The guiding questions and problems we have developed for elementary school students are designed following the characteristics of the four levels of computational thinking. The results of the study showed that the ratio of 'structural components' to different levels of computational thinking, with the corresponding characteristics, allows one to determine the degree of its development or its individual components.

This study is a correlation research that aims to reveal whether digital material game usage sub-... more This study is a correlation research that aims to reveal whether digital material game usage sub-dimensions, gender, school level, in-service training for education in the digital environment, digital game playing status, devices and remote education variables, are significant predictors of digital material development self-efficacy level sub-dimensions. The study group consisted of 330 teachers. The study group consists of voluntary teachers from all education levels who provide remote education during the pandemic in Malatya city in the 2020-2021 academic year. This study found that there is a negative relationship between teachers' seniority and Web 2.0 development self-efficacy; a positive significant relationship between attitudes to use digital games in the class and Web 2.0 development skills; higher design self-efficacy perception in teachers with in-service training compared to those who did not have in-service training; higher design self-efficacy for teachers with high attitude towards using digital games in class; and negative attitudes towards digital games increased as the negative perspective towards digital material development self-efficacy increased. Experimental and qualitative studies regarding digital game-based digital teaching material efficiency can be recommended.

The study involved nineteen male and female postgraduates who were pursuing an education master's degree during the COVID-19 pandemic. This is a qualitative research asking participants to provide a 300-word response to the open-ended question: "How will you implement what you have learnt in your studies so that distance education can be effectively provided and convince others of the merit of this approach?" The task was presented in Arabic and the complete assignments were returned electronically. The 11,181-word corpus underwent content and thematic analyses yielding eight themes. Participants addressed issues pertinent to teaching and learning, equity in technological access and digital literacy. To make DE in Saudi Arabia successful, thorough preparation of involved parties, including educators and learners, and their digital teaching and learning skills should be mastered.

The constructivist approach and the "soft concepts" of identity that have developed within its framework, serve as the methodological basis of the proposed research. The results of the applied authors' sociological study conducted in 2020 serve as the empirical basis of this study. The method of collecting information was an in-depth interview. The reseach concluded that digitalization has a positive impact on formation of professional identity of young teachers. We also note that, despite the fact that the forced transition to online education has increased the prestige of teaching, digitalization cannot be considered as an independent factor that is able to change the professional space so that it becomes more attractive for young professionals.
