The present study focuses on the use of traditional and experiential games in the context of primary school students' education. First, an introduction to the concept of serious traditional and experiential games is presented, highlighting their importance in the educational process. Then, the importance of games in children's development is examined, with an emphasis on the aspects of socio-emotional, intellectual and physical development. Subsequently, cases of using traditional and experiential games in educational contexts are presented, highlighting the possibilities and benefits they offer to the learning process. Then, a case study is presented with the objective of analyzing the application of traditional and experiential games to elementary school students, focusing on their results and effects on children's learning and development. Finally, we evaluate the results and effects of using traditional and experiential games in the educational process, providing conclusions and suggestions for future applications and research in this field.
