The power of world wide web and digital payments is having pivotal role in getting connected and making any time any where payments at your fingertips. Even though there are enormous advantages, a technology can be successful only if it is able to attain user satisfaction and there by leads to consumer loyalty. This paper is focussed to analyse the determinants influencing E-payment usage and thereby the factors leading to consumer satisfaction. The factors so revealed includes perceived use, perceived ease of use and actual usage of the system. The findings based on various literature reviews recommends that trust, consumer interaction, service delivery, ensuring security from hackers are the determinants which needs to be considered.

Literature survey paves the way for Perceived speed, as a relevant driver in determining the Intention to use Mobile Banking Technology and there by it leads to the Actual usage of Mobile Banking Technology by the customers of Chennai. In this Paper, data is retrieved from users of Mobile Banking in Chennai. Internet based, and direct survey-based questionnaires were collected from 350 respondents, from it 300 responses were fit for statistical analysis. Mobile Banking is one of the banking technologies that play an important role in financial streng... more Mobile Banking is one of the banking technologies that play an important role in financial strengthening especially in rural areas. Mobile Banking services is said to be a simple payment system designed for the customers for making banking transaction in transparent manner. This Paper has done an investigation on factors that determines the usage of Mobile Banking Services among the rural customers and has identified the significant relationship between the factors and intentional behavioral of rural customers towards mobile banking usage. This study has adopted Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) for constructing the theoretical framework. The findings from the study has displayed that attitude, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Trust and Perceived risk are the estimated variables for intentional behavior of rural customers towards accessing mobile banking services. The entire hypothesis between the constructs was supported through structural equation modeling.

AbstrAct In an organization, the work engagement practices differ from individual to individual d... more AbstrAct In an organization, the work engagement practices differ from individual to individual due to the psychological nature of the employee and bought up nature of their organization. This article looks at how the engagement practices differs from individuals being predicted by their proactive behavior within the organization and has been changed over time which ultimately leads to turnover intention (to leave), as analyzed by three months of survey data and interviews with a subset of IT employee. The main purpose of the study is to determine the mediating effects of proactive behavior among work engaged workforce who are all working under a same organizational climate with held up of different roles and responsibilities. Descriptive research design was adopted in this study. Convenience method from non probability sampling technique used to choose samples. Totally 263 IT employees respondents participated by questionnaire in this study. Using SEM model. Findings of this study are only related to the IT employees from Chennai, study period, and maybe it is not generalized to other Districts and Countries.
