Regular season

  • Pirates pitcher Babe Adams had outstanding control, allowing only 18 bases on balls in 263 innings pitched.[2]
  • October 2, 1920: The Cincinnati Reds and the Pirates played in the last tripleheader of the 20th century. Umpire Peter Harrison officiated all three games.[3]
