The 1965 NAIA football season, as part of the 1965 college football season in the United States, was the tenth season of college football sponsored by the NAIA.
The season was played from August to November 1965, culminating in the 1965 NAIA Championship Bowl, played this year again in Augusta, Georgia.
Saint John's (MN) defeated Linfield in the Championship Bowl, 33–0, to win their second NAIA national title.[1]
