The 1997 Skate Skate Canada International was the Skate Canada International Grand Prix competition of the 1997–1998 figure skating season. It was the third event of six in the 1997–1998 ISU Champions Series, a senior-level international invitational competition series. Skaters earned points towards qualifying for the 1997–1998 Champions Series Final. Medals were awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, and ice dancing.
In 1997, Skate Canada International was held in Halifax, Nova Scotia from 6-9 November.
