4241 Pappalardo (1981 EX46) is a main-belt asteroid discovered on March 2, 1981 by Schelte J. Bus at Siding Spring Observatory in the course of the U.K. Schmidt-Caltech Asteroid Survey.[1] It was named in 2000 in honor of Neil Pappalardo,[2] one of the primary donors of the Magellan Telescopes at the Las Campanas Observatory in Chile.[3]
