4963 Kanroku (1977 DR1) is a main-belt asteroid discovered on February 18, 1977 by Hiroki Kosai and Kiichirō Furukawa at Kiso Observatory. It was named after Gwalleuk, a Korean Buddhist monk from the kingdom of Baekje. (Gwalleuk and Kanroku are the Korean and Japanese readings respectively of the Chinese characters 觀勒 of his name.)
