Aleksandr Loktaev (born January 10, 1994)[1] is a Ukrainian speedway rider. He represented Falubaz Zielona Góra in the 2010 Speedway Ekstraliga. In international competitions he represents Ukraine.
In 2010 he qualified for the 2010 Individual Speedway Junior World Championship Semi-Final One. One week before the Semi-Final, Loktaev was injured at Danish Speedway League between Holstebro and Vojens. He was replaced by track reserve Simon Nielsen.[2]
