Alexandre Etienne DeClouet

Alexandre Etienne de Clouet (June 9, 1812 - June 26, 1890) was a prominent Confederate politician. He was born in St. Martin Parish, Louisiana, and served in both houses of the Louisiana legislature and ran for Governor in 1849. He represented the state in the Provisional Confederate Congress from 1861 to 1862.[1][2]
