Alexis Galarneau (born 2 March 1999) is a Canadian tennis player.

Galarneau has a career high ATP singles ranking of 288 achieved on May 23, 2022. He also has a career high ATP doubles ranking of 416 achieved on 24 December 2018.[1]

Galarneau made his ATP main draw debut at the 2021 National Bank Open after receiving a wildcard into the doubles main draw where he partnered Félix Auger-Aliassime.

Galarneau played college tennis at NC State.[2]
