Lowson Anne Fraser, Lady Cullen née Collins (born 1951) was a New Zealand politician of the Labour Party.

She represented the electorate of East Cape in Parliament from 1984, after winning it subsequent to the retirement of the previous representative, Duncan MacIntyre of the National Party.[1] She held the seat at the subsequent 1987 election by less than 240 votes, and in 1989, her name officially reverted to her maiden name Anne Collins after she had separated from her husband.[2] She retired from Parliament in 1990.

She is married to former Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister, Michael Cullen.[3]
