Bank of Scotland International was the international banking division of Bank of Scotland plc, part of Lloyds Banking Group. It was headquartered in Jersey and also had operations in the Isle of Man and Hong Kong.[1]

The bank offered offshore banking facilities to customers, with accounts available in Pound sterling as well as US dollars and euros.

The bank was formed shortly after the merger of Bank of Scotland and Halifax to form HBOS, and the two bank's international arms were merged. Bank of Scotland Offshore Limited, based in the Isle of Man was merged with Halifax International Limited based in Jersey.

In July 2012, customer accounts were transferred to Lloyds Bank International.
