The British Sledge Hockey Association (BSHA) is the overseeing organisation in the United Kingdom for Sledge hockey.[1] Formed in 1995, its main objectives are to expand the number of teams active in the UK (and by association the number or participants) and to develop the national team to ensure qualification for the 2018 Paralympic Winter Games.

As of the 2014–15 season, there are four teams that compete in the BSHA League: Cardiff Huskies, Kingston Kestrels, Manchester Phoenix, Sheffield Steelkings and Peterborough Phantoms. In addition, there are a number of smaller groups across the country which operate in a more casual manner.
