The Cheshire Association Football League is a football competition based in Cheshire, England, which until 2007 was known as the Mid-Cheshire Association Football League. It has three divisions: Divisions One and Two, and a Reserve Division. Founded in 1948, only one club Knutsford) have maintained continuous membership since the formation of the league.[1] Two other founder members have only recently left the league - Whitchurch Alport resigned from the league in 2012 to join the Mercian Regional League and Barnton left in the summer of 2014 to join the North west Counties League's Division One.[2]

Division One sits at step 7 (or level 11) of the National League System, and is a feeder to the North West Counties League Division One. The Cheshire League is fed by the Crewe & District League and the Warrington & District Football League.

Due to a sponsorship agreement, from the 2014–15 season the official name of the league is the Hallmark Security Cheshire Football League.
