Empty Clip Studios, LLC is a video game developer based in San Diego, California and was founded in July 2007. It was formed by Francois Bertrand and Matt Shores.[1]

On September 8, 2008 the company released their debut game Groovin' Blocks, a music-based puzzle game for WiiWare.[2][3] On December 17, 2008 it was followed-up by Glow, an iPhone puzzle game.
